The objective of this Request for Tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply and install the new automatic irrigation system, including but not limited to the following:

The works to be completed as part of this contract include but are not limited to:
Connect to the 150mm main line in the TWO (2) positions outlined on the attached drawings and located on Jutland Parade and Victoria Avenue Dalkeith.

Supply and installation of a new DN150 Class 12 RRJ PVC and DN100 Class 12 RRJ PVC mainline pipework and all associated components as shown in the drawings.

Supply and installation of a DN25 medium density conduit for the 2-wire path and all associated components.

Supply and install passive space Rainbird 5004 turf rotor / Rainbird Falcon 6504 turf rotors, PVC pipework, data-valves and all associated components. 

All trenching is to be of standard excavation method or is to be in accordance with Point Resolution Irrigation Installation Tree Protection Management Plan.

Where indicated on the City of Nedlands Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) area drawings all trenching / excavation must be completed in a non-destructive method as per Point Resolution Irrigation Installation Tree Protection Management Plan and Australian Standards 4970-2009.

Wiring and decoder format to be programmed and connected to existing 2-wire path and coded accordingly to the existing TII SDS 100 Irrigation controller situated at David Cruickshank Reserve.

The commissioning and testing of the automatic irrigation system components to the satisfaction of the CON superintendent.

Provide As-Constructed drawings of the works in the format required by the City of Nedlands including requirements under O-Spec.
