Provision of Insurance Broking Services

⁠⁠⁠Suitably qualified and experienced insurance providers are invited to present a proposal to provide insurance and associated advisory and consulting services to City of Stonnington.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide services for an insurance program attaching 30th June 2019.

The period of appointment will be three years, with two further one-year extensions at Council's sole discretion.

The following classes of insurance form part of this tender:
* Public, Product Liability and Professional Indemnity;
* Community Liability Package;
* Industrial Special Risks;
* Artworks;
* Councillors & Officers Liability (including Employment Practices Liability, Statutory Liability, Supplementary Legal Expenses and Defamation, Libel and Slander);
* Crime;
* Cyber Liability;
* Motor Vehicle;
* Personal Accident; and
* Business Travel.

The range of services proposed to The City of Stonnington in response to this tender must include, as a minimum:
* day to day servicing and administration of the insurance program;
* ad hoc risk and insurance advice on emerging issues or business changes;
* program design and placement of the insurances forming part of this tender;
* provide support in the management of contractual liabilities;
* management of insured claims and below deductible claims where required, including associated legal advice;
* provision of risk management services, including an Insurable Gap Analysis and a minimum of one (1) property inspection survey per annum; and
* analysis of key risk exposures.

A signed Deed of Confidentiality will be required by Tenderers.
