The City of Mitcham (‘the Council’) invites tenders. from Tenderers for the provision of Building Maintenance, Upgrades & Repairs (‘the Services or Works’) for up to $100,000 in value. All services or works estimated to be in excess of $100,000 could be subject to a Public Tender process or other Procurement engagement methods, in accordance with the City of Mitcham Procurement Policy or as outlined in Section C of this RFT.
The objective is to establish a panel to provide a central source through Vendor Panel, for the timely engagement of services or works with a limited number of capable contractors in each category. Council reserves the right to modify the number
