This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Transforming Collection of Student Information (TCSI) project within the Department of Human Services require a qualified and experienced Technical Writer to assist the ICT Project Manager to develop technical documentation for a large multi-agency project.
Primarily work with TCSI subject matter experts from both business and ICT. The candidate will also need to work closely with a range of stakeholders from other projects and will be required to work with external vendors and the Department of Education (DET).
Technical Writer will assist ICT Project Manager to develop technical documentation for a large multi-agency project. Duties:
* Interview various technical stakeholder groups, Subject Matter Experts, Business Owners to understand solution design and processes
* Experience in documenting solution architecture and infrastructure
* Proven ability to interpret technical information and develop relevant documentation
* Produce material in line with APS standards
* Manage multiple documentation assignments simultaneously
* Draft and edit a range of supporting technical documents, including system overview document, design decisions, landscape diagrams, system configuration documents
* Analysing target audience and determining the appropriate medium for presenting documentation
