This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Plan, recruit for and execute user testing (User Testing) for each Design Sprint for the validation of stimuli or prototype design outputs produced by the Customer’s enterprise design management team. The supplier will report on the User Testing including the approach and methodology used, the outcomes of the testing and recommendations for next steps in the design process. Where possible, the successful Supplier will enable the Customer’s stakeholders, including members of the enterprise design management team, to observe the User Testing either in person or in a remote manner as appropriate.
