Tender Description
Council is initiating this tender process to appoint a Trustee for the Trust. The Trustee will hold the property for the charitable purpose of providing housing to very low, low and moderate income community members that have a connection with Hobsons Bay. The Trustee must be a Victoria Registered Housing Association. The Trustee of a charity has a duty to promote the interests of the charity.
