Community Housing Limited are inviting tenders in Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia for Essential services Management to its portfolio in various locations.
This tender is designed to ensure that CHL's obligations in regards to the Essential safety measures installed throughout our facilities are maintained and function as intended in the event of an emergency;
The services that contribute the management of assets, Compliance with construction related codes, acts, standards, authorities, and provide value adding maintenance servicing as specified;
Orders will be placed throughout the contract period for works to individual properties.
The client expects the same high levels of satisfaction with the works to be enjoyed across all ethnic groups. This will be the subject of regular review throughout the contract period.
