Tender Description
Expressions of interest are called for hte construction of a building extension to Q Block at Coffs Harbour Education Campust (CHEC) that will provide a new Specialist Health and Allied Health training facilities.
The new facilities will consist of a 10m long extension, 10m wide, over 2 levels to the existing Q Block at CHEC. The existing upper level has 2 classrooms that are to be relocated/replaced in the new lower floor, leaving the extended upper floor for the development of 2 large, flexible areas. One of the two areas is predominantly Allied Health ( Pathology, Dental, Physiotherapy, etc.) training.
