Tenders are invited for King Street Urban Realm Improvement
King Street Construction is part of Greville, Porter and King Street improvement project as part of Council's commitment to provide high-quality and safe open space for the community.
The works include:
* site establishment, demolition of surfaces, earthworks, excavation and grading.
Supply and installation of:
* concrete pavement, stone paving, asphalt path, lighting, furniture, fencing, garden beds and planting, site rectification and maintenance.
Submissions to include a construction program.
NOTE: The TenderLink online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
