Tender Description
1. Objectives of EOI
The primary objective of this procurement exercise is to establish Engineering and Design Services panel for the delivery of nominated projects as required by Hunter Water.
2. Scope
The scope of work will predominantly include some or all of the following tasks:
(a.) Concept design including all documentation to enable estimates to be prepared and delivery tenders to be sought;
(b.) Environmental assessment and REF;
(c.) Safety in design;
(d.) Assistance in seeking any external approvals that maybe required; and
(e.) Post design advice during the delivery phase.
At this stage, the proposed term of the panel arrangement will be for 3 years with 2 options to extend for 1 year.

(b) Closing Date and Time
Responses close at 2pm AEDST on Friday 10th May 2019, and submissions must be fully received by this time.
(c) Enquiries
