Expressions of Interest - Purchase of Council Land at Whitton

Leeton Shire Council resolved at the Ordinary meeting of Council on 25 May 2016 that Council authorise the sale of 10-16 Benerembah Street, Whitton with a further report to be presented to Council in relation to offers received.

Expressions of Interest are to be lodged for the purchase of 10-16 Benerembah Street, Whitton NSW 2705.

Expressions of Interest should outline the price offered and any redevelopment proposal on the Council land. Council does not warrant that

the highest nor any expression of interest will necessarily be accepted.

The criteria that the Expression of Interest will be assessed upon will be as follows:

1. Financial return to Leeton Shire Council

2. Economic benefit to the village of Whitton

The Expression of Interest Form and the proposed Contract for Sale are available on the Council website www.leeton.nsw.gov.au.
