Welcome to the University of Sydney tender for the following tender;

We intend to set up supplier panels for the following lots subject to final internal approval, you may bid against any or all of the following Lots;
1) Lot 1; Catering
2) Lot 2; Audio and Visual Hire
3) Lot 3; Events Equipment Hire
4) Lot 4; Theming & Decoration
5) Lot 5; Professional Conference organisers and Event Management Agencies
If you are interested in participating in this tender, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please register in Unibuy, the University's Ariba platform using the self-registration link below;

If you already have an Ariba account, you are still be required to register for the event through the link above as a University of Sydney bidder.
When the University of Sydney receives your registration request you will be invited to complete some additional data online to allow you to be approved as a University of Sydney bidder, you will receive a number of confirmation emails.
2. Once you are registered as an Ariba bidder, UniBuy will send you the registration form and you will be requested to register on the Ariba Network. Please check if your organisation is registered on Ariba Network already to ensure you do not register twice.
3. Once you are registered on both the Ariba Network and as a University of Sydney Ariba bidder, and you wish to participate in this tender, please provide your details in the following format at the email address below.

PROJECT TIMING
1) To be eligible to participate in this tender you must register.
2) Only Registered participants will receive a request to participate directly to the tender
3) Registration in Ariba will close on 26th April 2019.
4) RFT shall be published in the 1st week of May 2019.
