Tender Description
Council would like to invite your company to submit a fee proposal to undertake the preparation of plan that provides all specific details of all specifications including all measurements, materials specifications, structural diagrams, drainage, planting schedule and all other necessary information to permit the construction works to be undertaken by suitably qualified contractors.
The contract documents for construction works must be based on the appropriate Australian Standard for contract management. Additional instructions, terms and conditions are to be appended to the Australian Standard. The latter are to be prepared by the design consultant and shall outline all works required.

The canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing quotations/tenders.
