COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (SENSW PHN) invites submissions from community organisations based in the Wollongong or Shellharbour regions to access 'Pitch Night' grant funding to support innovative approaches to improving health and well-being in Aboriginal, Refugee and At-risk Youth groups.
A total pool of funding up to $160,000 ex GST will be dispersed across three initiatives.

Grants submissions must be lodged electronically via the Tenderlink portal. Submissions must be received by 5:00pm AEST on 7 May 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.
