Expression of Interest (EOI)

Preparing and delivering FCA vehicles for the purpose of press, sales, marketing, sponsorship, dealer training and staff fleet vehicles (FCA Managed Vehicles) for FCA.

FCA Australia would like to request Expression of Interest from you as a supplier for the above services.

We currently conducting a full assessment of suppliers in the market that will be able to fulfill our requirements for the services as listed below not limited to:

Vehicle Technical Integrity - Establishment of FCA approved reporting program to highlight any issues with vehicles being used on the FCA Managed Vehicles

Ongoing preparation and maintenance of FCA Managed Vehicles - The development of a structured program that ensures that all FCA Managed Vehicles are maintained and presented in showroom condition and ensuring compliance with the highest levels of technical integrity

Media, Dealer, Sales Training, Fleet Event Services - Drive Program Development Develop event concepts and provide to client on basis of information provided, Drive Program Planning and mapping drive program

Exceptional/adhoc services as requested:

Express vehicle clean and refuel

Detailing and rectification work

Maintenance

Vehicle delivery / grounding / storage

If you would like to provide any additional supporting documentation in response to the RFI, please feel free to do so.

Once our full assessment has been completed, we will select the suppliers we feel suitable to be invited to participate in a formal Tender.
