Supply of cleaning services

⁠⁠⁠Scope of work
The Service Provider will be required to perform regular, periodical, workshop and impromptu cleaning services.

As part of the regular cleaning services, the Service Provider will be required to:
(i) damp dust all external surfaces ensuring they are free of all dust and dirt, and have a clean, dry uniform appearance;
(ii) clean chairs ensuring they are free of all dirt and marks;
(iii) clean window frames and mullions;
(iv) dust light fittings;
(v) spot clean glass windows;
(vi) wash glass partitions, doors;
(vii) vacuum window grooves;
(viii) polish wooden furniture;
(ix) clean crib room;
(x) clean toilet and bathroom;
(xi) empty bins; and
(xii) sweep and mop floors.

As part of the periodical cleaning services, the Service Provider will be required to:
(i) strip re-seal vinyl floors;
(ii) shampoo all carpets;
(iii) clean air-conditioner filters;
(iv) clean soft furnishings; and
(v) machine scrub all floors.

As part of the workshop cleaning services, the Service Provider will be required to:
(i) clean eye wash stations;
(ii) clean drinking fountains;
(iii) sweep or high pressure wash (as required) designated walkways; and
(iv) sweep and clean common areas.

As part of the impromptu cleaning services, the Service Provider will be required to:
(i) clean houses;
(ii) clean townhouses, transit accommodation, flats and houses within Town Site; and
(iii) clean permanent and temporary site offices or crib rooms and during project or shutdown work.
