Tender Description
Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHE) designed, fabricated, inspected, tested and supplied for installation and operation on FPSO facility. Approximate 4 numbers of PCHE to be supplied. PCHE shall be constructed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1. Supplier shall perform the thermal & hydraulic design and provide thermal & hydraulic guarantee for the PCHE.
Heat transfer duty of PCHEs range from 15 MW to 24 MW. Supplier shall demonstrate capability and experience in supplying PCHEs with multiple process streams, i.e. more than 2 process streams. Material of construction are in stainless steel / duplex stainless steel depending on the service. Full Radiography is required. Other NDT and Post weld heat treatment shall be as per code or service requirement.
