Implementation of a warehouse and inventory management information system.

DELWP (Forest Fire Management Victoria) are seeking information on the provision of a warehouse management system that can be utilised across the state with support for mobile devices in all warehouses allowing goods receipting, picking & dispatch, item movements, stocktake and other processes to be performed on the warehouse floor away from a PC in an ergonomic fashion. We are open to both customised off the shelf (COTS) solutions, fully bespoke software implementation to meet the specific needs of DELWP and solutions that combine both. We are currently seeking information from Vendors in implementing this system, to understand a high-level overview of the solution to be provided, potential timeframes for implementation and indicative costs of implementation.
