NORTHERN BEACHES COUNCIL TENDER RFQ 2019 099 * Road Pavement and Kerb and Gutter Condition Assessment and Asset Data Collection
The purpose of this contract is for Council to obtain accurate condition data for local roads in its central and northern areas (former Warringah and Pittwater Local Government Areas).
This data will be used to update Council's Pavement Management System, and will assist Council in day to day operational management of its roads, as well as providing valuable input into the formation of Council's forward capital renewal programs and asset valuation processes.
The following services are required for approx. 3537 road segments (730 kilometres):
* Video footage of road pavement surface
* Road pavement visual condition assessment and laser profilometer survey
The following services are required for approx. 1273 kerb segments (1162 kilometres):
* Visual condition assessment and attribute collection
The following services may be required for approx. 1341 traffic control devices with Council reserving the right to include them in the final scope of works:
* Visual condition assessment and attribute collection
Note All Individual Assessments Must Reflect the Unique Asset Id Provided by Council
Quotations close at 2pm on 16th April 2019 and must be fully received by this time.
