Tender Description
The City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking quotations from suitably experienced and qualified Business Continuity Management (BCM) consultants to assist in reviewing and updating CN's current Business Continuity Management and disruption recovery arrangements.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 16 April 2019.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
Short listed respondents will be required to present their BCM Framework to council officers at council premises. The purpose of the meeting is to assist council in understanding the BCM and its components, the cultural fit of the respondent to CN and their ability to collaborate effectively and productively work with council stakeholders. The meeting outcome will form part of the assessment process. Attendance at the meeting is at the tenderer's expense.
