M&OP is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of an overarching maintenance agreement for electrical services at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, covering preventative and predictive maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance and call out rosters for event coverage and at other times as required.

The services will broadly be categorised as:
* Lighting inspections and replacement both inside and outside major facilities,
* Lighting controls testing and inspection for correct operations,
* Emergency and exit lighting testing and repair,
* Tennis court pitch and control gear testing and repair,
* Tennis court, venue and general precinct Lux testing and reporting,
* Tennis court and Sporting pitch and venue lighting inspection, test and repair,
* Mains and Mechanical switchboards inspection and testing,
* Thermographic imagery and analysis,
* Lightning protection testing,
* UPS testing and repair,
* PFC testing and repair,
* Portable equipment testing and tagging,
* RCD testing,
* PV system maintenance and testing of inverters,
* ACB servicing,
* Provision of ‘A’ Grade electricians on roster for major events,
* Emergency response,
* Commissioning support,
* Upkeep of current asset data and information,
* Planning and provision of indicative budget estimates for minor works,
* Management of appropriate stores of key consumables on site.
