Tree Pruning and Other Associated Services

⁠⁠⁠This tender seeks suitably qualified contractors to provide Tree Pruning and other Associated service to 8 Melbourne Metropolitan Councils (Banyule, Greater Dandenong, Manningham, Monash, Moreland, Nillumbik, Whitehorse and Yarra Ranges Shire).

This tender comprises two parts
* Lump Sum Block Street Pruning &
* Schedule of Rates Tree Pruning and Associated works which includes:
* Tree Pruning reactive
* Stump Grinding
* Electric Line Clearance
* Live Line Clearance,
* Tree Planting and Establishment
* Tree Removal
* Data Collection
* Tree Root Barrier
* Tree Health

Interested tenderers should read first the document Tree Pruning Background 2019 . This will give all tenderers an overview of the tender and what Councils are looking for from tenderers.

Tenderers should then complete the document 'Tree Pruning Request for Tender Schedules,' following the instructions in 'How to Complete this Tender' found in document Tree Pruning Part 1 and 2 Tender Conditions.

The Tree Pruning Collaborative Procurement Specification final outlining the requirement of works with each Council special requirements and variations specifed in document Tree Pruning Specification requirement.' This excel spreadsheet should be read in conjunction with the specification.
