City of Port Philip (CoPP) invites suitably experienced contractors to submit a lump sum quote for replacing four roof top packaged air conditioner (PAC) units with a VRV air conditioning system at St Kilda Town Hall. The tender will be closed at 12 noon (pm), Friday 19 April 2019.

To submit your response, you must attend the Mandatory Site Inspection first. This will be at 10 am on Monday 8 April 2019. Attendances Must register their company name and the representative full name by 3 pm on 5 April 2019 via email to: nor.rahman@portphillip.vic.gov.au
