Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Design and Construction of the Outside Learning Area (OLA) and new Shade Structure at Ipswich East State School, located at Jacaranda St, East Ipswich QLD 4305.
The new OLA has a new shade structure covering the area and relocation of bike enclosure. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and who have the ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
