Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (Council) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant to undertake the coordination, design and documentation of all services for upgrade of the existing outdoor warm up arenas at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre (AELEC).
The works are being undertaken as part of Stage 2 of the Northern Inland Centre of Sporting Excellence (NICSE) Project in Tamworth, NSW.
The works generally consist of:
* New roofs over the two existing warm up arenas; and
* Upgrade of the existing warm up arenas:
* Renewal of the arena surface;
* Renewal of arena drainage;
* Lighting of the arenas; and
* PA system.
Council's timeframe is to have the approved design documentation Issued for Construction (IFC) at the earliest opportunity and by no later than 30 May 2019.
Quotations close at 11:00am AEST, Thursday 11 April 2019.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and any consultant who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
