Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠MSC is seeking submissions from suitably qualified early years providers for the establishment and operation of sessional 3 yr old and 4 year old kindergarten from an interim site in Wallan East, commencing in 2020.

The interim site will offer a minimum of two early rooms and will be co-located with Maternal and Child Health Services.

The sucessful provider will also partner with MSC to oversee the future purpose built multi-generational Wallan East Community Hub (expected to commence in 2025). Concept planning for this site will commence in June 2019.
