Tender Description
Devonport City Council adopted the 'LIVING CITY Masterplan' in September 2014. Since that time, Council has been working towards the implementation of the Masterplan. A key component of this project is the development of the Waterfront Precinct.
The purpose of the Expressions of Interest (EOI) process is to seek suitably qualified construction companies to be shortlisted and to progress onto the construction tender phase of this project.
