Tender Description
The Queensland Government through the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy is seeking Quotes for the provision of a Quarry Material Management Plan (lower Burdekin River and other rivers) in accorance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and Contract Details.
Offerors are reminded that this RFQ closes on Friday 19 April 2019 at 5:00pm AEST (QLD time).
The cut-off for clarifications is Friday 12 April 2019 at 5:00pm AEST (QLD time).
A mandatory briefing session is being held. Offerors wishing to attend must register for the briefing session via email waterinfonorth@dnrme.qld.gov.au no later than 28 March 5:00pm AEST (Qld time), registration details required are: company name, name and contact number of attendee/s. The mandatory briefing session is being held on Tuesday 2 April 2019 at 2:00pm (Qld time).

Depending on requirements of these goods / services the quote must specifically include as a minimum:
* Completed and signed Section 5 - Response Forms of the Request for Quote;
* Completed Contract Details document as per instructions; and
* Copy of Certificate of Currency of required insurance policies
