Dampier Electrical Program of Works

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Work
The following projects will be packaged and awarded to a single Contractor for execution under a Design and Construct Contract.

Project: P-0503317 EII 19E Tripper Electrical Upgrades
1. Perform fuctional safety review of existing tripper
2. Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commission end-of-life on-board 415V MCC and perform all cabling works (MCC to be manufactured by Panel Manufacturer, Sub-Contracted by D&C Contractor).
3. Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commission new PLC tier (Incl. programming PLC) and perform all cabling works (PLC tier to be manufactured by Panel Manufacturer, Sub-Contracted by D&C Contractor).
4. Supply and Insall new intrumentation;
5. Decommission and remove existing electrical equipment an ancillaries.

Project: P-0504263 - PPT Arc Flash Mitigation
1. Supply and Install VAMP Arc Flash Protection for the existing Western Stockyard 1 and 2 3.3kV Switchgears and 415V MCCs;
2. Design, Supply, Install, Test & Commission new 33kV/3.3kV Transformer;
3. Design, Supply, Install, Test & Commission new substation for a new 3.3kV Switchboard;
4. Design, Supply. Install, Test & Commission new 3.3kV Switchboard and all asociated works (cabling, Control systems etc);
5. Design, Supply, Install, Test & Commission 415V MCC;
6. Relocate loads across 415VMCC to reduce arc flash fault currents;

Project: P-0504265 PPT RCD Test Points to Distribution Boards
1. Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commission new RCD injection test points (Options: Rotaary cam switch Vs. Rapid Test Wireless Test system) for the distribution boards across Parker point operations.
2. Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commission new L&SP Distribution boards

Project: P-0504283 DPR Mobile Machine 3.3kV Switchgear Upgrades
Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commission new 3.3kV Process Isolators and 3.3kV Switchgears for Eight (8) Balanced Machines across Parker Point and EII Operations.
