Tender Description
Georges River Council is seeking to implement physical customer satisfaction kiosks at 12 of its primary customer facing sites. Sites include service centres, libraries, childcare centres and the museum and gallery. Feedback received will be utilised to promote customer experience, address service gaps and increase community engagement.
The canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing quotations/tenders.
