⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Carnarvon advises that in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 the following surplus vehicles and equipment will be offered for sale by tender.

Enquiries and tender documents including a catalogue of available items can be obtained by contacting Ms Gloria Quinn on (08) 9941 0000 during office hours.

Items can be inspected at the Shire Depot located at 450 Robinson Street, Carnarvon from 8.00am to 12 midday on 21st/26th/28th March 2019. Access to items outside of these hours is not permitted.

Tender submissions must be received by the deadline of 2.00pm on 9th April 2019. Any tender received after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.

Tenders are to be submitted on "Part 2 - Offer Form" of the Tender document and must be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly endorsed with "Tender 02/2019 - Disposal of Surplus Vehicles and Equipment".

Tenders can be delivered by hand and placed in the Tender Box at the Shire of Carnarvon Administration Office, 3 Francis Street, Carnarvon or sent through the mail addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Carnarvon, PO Box 459, Carnarvon WA 6701.

Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted for consideration.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify.
