Pre-Qualification Public Tender
Pre-Qualification questions are required to be answered by no later 02/04/2019 4pm AEST. Once the supplier has been deemed qualified you will get access to the full tender.

Interested parties wishing to post questions may only do so through the University’s Tender Portal (eProcure Tender Search) Question Forum. Questions posed by this method will be brought to the attention of the Project Sponsor and their response distributed to all interested parties via the Tender Portal.

Unauthorised communication with University Staff or Representatives may lead to disqualification of interested party’s tender.

Qualified Suppliers
Question close off date for queries is 16/04/2019, 4pm AEST. No further questions will be accepted or replied to after this date.

The successful supplier would be required to work closely with the nominated Federation University Representative to achieve the desired outcomes in the negotiated timeframe and with value for money as part of a Vendor Panel.

Conforming criteria – Conforming response is considered essential and that you must, at a minimum, meet. Failure to either provide a conformation criterion means that your response to the question will be deemed as non-conforming. Bidders must provide all the documents listed as conforming. The supplier will still be considered in this request for tender.

ITS are seeking service providers with :-
* proven experience in managing and supporting ITS requirements for an Australian university;
* mandatory compliance with ITS security measures;
* a commitment to a dynamic, pro-active and timely support to the university;
* proven ability to work collaboratively.

The services providers will be asked to supply dedicated, experienced and focused ITS recourses to undertake activities for specified work or for periods of time.

FedUni ITS department is situated at the Mount Helen Campus in Ballarat and service providers will be expected to provide resources, when requested, that can travel to the campus.

The service provider must ensure resources provided to ITS:-
* have the competency, with appropriate experience, qualifications and training for the services and activities they are to perform;
* resource’s provided have at least an understanding of the ITIL Service Management Framework and if possible have attained ITIL Foundation certification.
