Tender Description
Supply and installation of 4m long X 4m wide X 3m high steel frame pump shed with 1 x roller door and 1 x personal door. Walls to be ventilated.
**Drawings/depictions to be provided with tender**
Works to be completed are envisaged to include the following:
* Supply and installation of steel framed, pump shed to property.
* Cladding to be corrugated colorbond steel with ventilation panels in the top section approx. 600mm – 1000mm.
* Ventilated walls (3 sides) with roller door entry and personal door.
* Approximate size to be 4m x 4m x 3m H.
* Engineering of structure including foundations.
* Supply and installation of concrete footings to engineering specifications.
* Excavation of footings/pads (option to use council plant if required).
* All relevant building approvals including working drawings and certificates of compliance.
* All work must be completed by qualified persons.
* Materials must be purchased from local suppliers.
* Project must be completed by the 31st of May 2019 in conjunction with the spa contractor.
Site inspection must be completed prior to submitting a quotation.
