Tender Description
The ACIC is seeking proposals for a provider to conduct user research for our current intranet platform (Drupal based) to evaluate the way staff access the information, tools and support they need to do their jobs, and how this can be improved. The successful supplier will be required to develop a post-research report with clear, actionable insights and recommendations for a new information architecture and design.
