The Australian Red Cross Blood Service wishes to advise suppliers of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Planned and Reactive Maintenance Tender (RFT)

The Blood Service is seeking an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) maintenance service provider which provide UPS maintenance for all Donor Centres nationally, including Donomobiles.

The scope of this tender will include:

UPS planned maintenance for all Donor Centres and Donormobiles nationally
* BEIMS Work Order will be issued to service provider to action.
* Service provider to arrange site access with Donor Centre Manager (DCM) prior to 15th of the month. Proposed date and time of service must be agreed by the DCM.
* Service provider to complete planned maintenance outside operational hours.
* Service provider to provide copy of service report countersigned by DCM within 24 to 48 hours post site attendance.

UPS reactive maintenance for all Donor Centres and Donormobiles nationally
* Service provider must have the ability to respond and rectify any issues related with UPS within the required timeframe as per Contractor Response and Rectification Times.
