Tender Description
Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced construction contractors to undertake works for a project awarded by 19th August 2019. Shortlisted Respondents will be invited to participate in the next stage of the process which is an Invitation to Tender in June 2019.
Scope includes but is not specifically limited to:
* Earthmoving and Excavation works
* Sports lighting to 50 Lux for the existing senior cricket/AFL oval
* Two Caged Cricket Nets
* Two netball/basketball courts lighting to 100 Lux
* Four tennis courts fenced with sports lighting to 250 Lux;
* Two multi-purpose courts fenced but not lit;
* Civil works including 100 sealed car parks
* Adventure Playspace
* A Pavilion service both cricket/AFL, including Social Room & kitchen, 4 change rooms, umpires’ room, first aid & storage;
* Pathways and landscaping to support these facilities.
Expressions of Interest close at 5.00pm Friday 29 March 2019.
