Tenders are invited for road reconstruction of Grace Street, Mont Albert between Trent Street and Rostrevor Parade. Works include the removal and reconstruction of concrete and bluestone kerb and channel, concrete driveways, asphalt resurfacing, drainage, reinstatement and ancillary works.

Works subject to Council’s discretion may also include footpath widening in Trent Street, Mont Albert along and adjacent to Mont Albert Primary School between Inglisby Road and Grace Street.
