7 Mile Fuel Farm Pump Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Replacement of 4 existing diesel transfer pumps including extensive pipework modification at the RTIO 7-Mile Diesel Storage and Dispensing facility. As part of the Works, the Contractor will be required to undertake:
* a review of the Company Design and Site before commencing fabrication and site work
* fabrication drawings necessary to fabricate the pipespools and supports
* fabrication, surface treatment, pressure testings, cleaning and site installation of new piping necessary to suit the new pumps.
* Fabrication and installation of new pipe supports
* On-site modidfication of existing diesel (Fuel Oil) pipework to suit the new pump configuration
* Removal of the existing pump concrete plinths and local bunding
* Brownfield construction of new concrete pump plinths and containment bunding to suit the new pumps and existing infrastructure; includes scabbling, dowelling and sealing into the existing concrete slab
* Supply and installation of new valves, check / non-return valves, thermal relief valves, drain valves
* NDT of welding and closing / golden welds
* Removal of existing instrumentation etc. and reinstate into new piping as per design
* Shutdown planning / staging of the tie-in works to minimise downtime of the operating facility
* Disposal of any equipment and materials discarded in the upgrade process (pumps & old piping)
* All Works, materials, piping fabrication, surface treatment, welding, structural works etc. are to be in accordance with RTIO Standards.

Notes:
* the new pumps will be supplied by the Company.
* The Contractor will be undertaking works inside an operating fuel / diesel storgage facility. The Contractor must have cognisance and awareness of the associated risks and possible schedule impacts.
