City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to be part of a Panel of Preferred Suppliers for the provision of Medical Services and Wellbeing Programs.
The purpose of this tender is to establish a preferred supplier list of committed, long term medical services, health and wellbeing Contractors/Practitioners that have the capacity, professional approach and technical ability to assist in maintaining medical, health and wellbeing of Council's workers with a critical emphasis on quality, timely delivery and customer service.
