Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) seeks to engage the Services of appropriately skilled, fully qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to provide a wide range of security Services to Council buildings and facilities located throughout the municipality. The security Services shall include the following three (3) Parts:
Part A, which consists of:
* Security alarm, access control and CCTV equipment service and maintenance;
Part B, which consists of all of:
* Security alarm system monitoring service;
* Security alarm system response and call-out service;
* Static guards and mobile patrols, including welfare checks;
* Cash collection and banking;
* Lock/unlock service; and
* Security guard and event security management.
Part C, which consists of all of:
* Parking meter cash collection and banking
Tenderers may tender for one of more Part(s), but must provide a response to all components listed within a Part.
Tenderers may be appointed to one or more Part(s) of their tender depending on the outcome of the tender evaluation process.
Tender submissions must be submitted by completion of the attached tender form and Schedules, and lodged in the nominated Tender Box by no later than 2.00pm on Thursday 21 March 2019, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
