Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking suitably qualified, professional and experienced Contractor for the supply, construction and installation of a toilet block, sewer extension and water Main extension to the Water Corporation network, North Coogee Western Australia.
The toilet block will be a prefabricated model from Modus, which has been selected for its design for coastal areas.
Water supply and gravity sewer will be constructed to the Specifications and drawings provided, using micro tunnelling methods and the necessary earthworks required for micro tunnelling, e.g. commencement and ending tunnelling access pits.
The Contracted is expected to commence in late March / early April 2019 with a twelve (12) weeks construction period.
