This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Support activities and outcomes identified on the agencies Business Systems Roadmap, in particular the re-design and consolidation of external facing transactional services behind a single portal. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to design services with a focus on usability, in line with the Digital Service Standard.
You will be working with user researchers, solution architects and business anlaysts in support of multiple delivery teams under the SAFe framework.
The designer will work within the pipeline team and will be responsible for:
* Designing system interface standards and documenting specifications for final designs
* Developing a a site/ service map to showcase navigation, service fulfilment pathways, usability, taxonomy, findability and user interface;
* Developing experience maps, user journeys and user flows;
* Developing wireframes, high fidelity screen mock-ups, interactive prototypes and visual design based on user research findings and testing; and
* Usability testing and developing usage analytics reports.
