Mitchell township is in the Maranoa region with a population of approximately 1,000 residents. The property is positioned opposite a local school with the main area of town in close vicinity.

The property is zoned as “Residential” in the Maranoa Planning Scheme 2017 and is comprised of a contemporary four bedroom, one bathroom, ground level brick dwelling with air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, kitchen and dining room. The property has a small compact kitchen with electric stove and hot water system. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
