Tender Description
Western Water is seeking a contractor to design and construct mechanical dewatering facilities at Gisborne RWP/Woodend RWP (separable portions).
This RFT comprises the following sections:
(a) RFT Part A (and any annexes or attachments) - Conditions of Tendering sets out the rules applying to the RFT documents and to the Tendering Process. These rules are deemed to be accepted by all Tenderers and by all persons having received or obtained the RFT.
(b) RFT Part B (and any annexes or attachments) - Project Specification describes the Goods and/or Services in respect of which the Principal invites Tenders from interested persons. This section includes the attached drawings.
(c) RFT Part C (and any annexes or attachments) - Proposed Contract specifies how the Principal desires the Goods and/or Services set out in the RFT Part B to be provided.
(d) RFT Part D (and any annexes or attachments) - Tenderer's Response specifies the information to be provided in a Tender and may also specify any information to be provided by a Tenderer by other means. RFT Part D may include templates to be completed and included in a Tender
