Tender Description
The scope of the ITO is seek resources to supplement internal resources for ICT Service Centre fluctuations during peak service times, including an ongoing requirement to be able to provide a supply of resources that are flexible and have the ability to be scaled up or scaled down subject to workload.
The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
(a) To provide high-quality consistent service through the ICT Service Centre;
(b) to reduce administrative effort involved in sourcing and managing individual resources;
(c) to quickly engage resources with appropriate terms to enable a 24-7 roster; and
(d) to provide value for money services commensurate to the scale of the engagement.
