Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited and will be received up until 4.00 pm on Tuesday 02 April 2019 for the provision of Conveyancing Services to Bathurst Regional Council for a period of three (3) years. Please submit your EOI – Conveyancing Services quoting No. 10.00009 in a sealed and marked envelope in the Tender Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre.
Successful EOI parties will be notified after Council Ordinary Meeting of the 17 April 2019. Commencement will be from 17 May 2019.
Services required are set out in the Expression of Interest document which can be collected from the Property Section, Ground Floor, Council Chambers, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst or downloaded below.
The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of Expressions of Interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
