The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide a Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) assessment of an online portal. The supplier is to provide a detailed report on the WCAG 2.0 compliance of the online portal. This includes recommended remediation to meet compliance, and retesting of the Portal once remediation has been undertaken by the Department.
