Tender Description
A condition assessment of the Berth 3’s steel tubular piles has identified corrosion within the tidal zone, including with defects in the coating system being evident at the Port of Esperance (Site). Southern Ports invites Offers from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the supply of the works required to extend the life of the asset.
Berth 3 will continue in operation whilst the pile wrapping contract works are in progress. The occupancy (i.e. time for vessel alongside) for Berth 3 averages about 70%.
