Expression of Interest - Lease 13 Lee Street, Kelso

⁠⁠⁠Bathurst Regional Council has available for lease, a 1 ha size site zoned B5 – Business Development at 13 Lee Street, Kelso. A map outlining the area available for lease can be collected from Council’s Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre or download below.

The area consisted of a fully secured fenced boundary, separate toilet& laundry block, large sheds, Office spaces, massive work yard, kitchenette and more. A Public Liability Insurance Policy of $20 million over the area will also be required.

Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 22.02268 in a sealed and marked envelope “Expression of Interest – 13 Lee Street” by 4.00 pm on Tuesday12 MARCH 2019 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre. Please include any previous renting history and proposed license payment GST inclusive.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of expressions of interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
