Tender Description
This work involves provision of consulting services to assist in implementing a PMO Roadmap to uplift the capability of the Capital Works PMO to meet its future state vision, which is to provide the capability and capacity to plan and deliver current and future Yarra Valley Water Plans. It is intended that the implementation of the Roadmap will alleviate pain points to drive improvement and efficiency within the PMO.
